Delivery Info:

• Orders made before 12.00 will be shipped the same day.
• Orders made after 12.00 will be shipped the next day.
• We ship goods Monday-Friday except public holidays
• All orders with a minimum value of 1250 baht will be sent by Kerry express for free and orders less than 1250 will be sent by Thai post registered mail

Receiving goods:

• Bangkok and surrounding provinces, Chiangmai, Lampang, Lamphun, Chiangrai 1-2 days delivery time.
• Other provinces 2-4 days delivery.
• After we sent your goods we will send a tracking number to you by SMS or Email.
• Before delivery is done by Kerry express the driver will  call you to make sure there is somebody at your delivery address to receive the goods.
• If you are not available you can make appointment for another time/day for the delivery. Kerry express normally deliver from 8.00-20.00 Monday-Friday.
• If you pay by cash on delivery please have cash ready to pay the driver. The driver do not accept card and you can not open parcel before payment is made.

Return of goods damaged during delivery:

• If any damage happened to the goods during delivery please contact us within 3 days and we will send a new product to replace the damaged item. The customer must send the damaged item back to our company and after we receive the item we will refund  the cost of returning the item.
